As a new industry of energy conservation and environmental protection,new energy vehicles are recognized and supported by governments of all countries.The development of new energy vehicles is the world consensus,and new energy vehicles are an important support part of the "low carbon society" in the future.New energy bus is the core market of new energy bus.In the face of the fierce market competition environment,the cost control of new energy buses can improve the competitiveness of products,realize the win-win situation among customers,society and enterprises,and maximize the economic and social value of new energy buses.From price game to value sharing between enterprises and customers,the environmental impact in the process of production,operation and scrap has been fully concerned.Enterprises can accurately and deeply understand customers' needs,provide customers with productive services and service-oriented production,and complete the transformation from enterprise manufacturing to service-oriented production;customers can rationally make purchase decisions,which is conducive to the sustainable development of customers;the green performance of products is improved,and social and environmental problems are improved.Firstly,this paper analyzes the whole life cycle cost of new energy bus systematically and detailedly,establishes the whole life cycle cost information system of new energy bus,realizes the dynamic data-driven product research and development design,real-time data-driven production process analysis and optimization,operation and maintenance data analysis and prediction.Then,a generalized life cycle cost estimation model of new energy bus is constructed to realize the management of the whole life cycle cost in the stage of R & D and design.The whole life cycle cost between different power system designs is analyzed and evaluated,and the sensitivity analysis is used to investigate the impact of battery energy consumption and battery charging efficiency on the whole life cycle cost of new energy buses,so as to provide reference for the research and development of enterprises and the improvement of products.In order to help enterprises gain the advantages brought by cost control in the establishment of the whole life cycle cost information system,at the same time,considering the narrow sense of the whole life cycle cost control of new energy buses is a multi-stage decision-making process,which is composed of the costs incurred in five interrelated stages,i.e.design,procurement,manufacturing,sales and after-sales service.In each stage,enterprises need to It is necessary to make decisions.In addition to the effect of each stage,the decisions of each stage will also affect the starting state of the next stage,thus affecting the optimal benefits brought by the life cycle cost of new energy buses.Dynamic planning is the optimization method of multi-stage decision-making,so a narrow sense dynamic planning model of new energy bus life cycle cost is established.The application of the model can realize the goal of reasonable allocation of cost,optimization of business decision-making and improvement of business efficiency.With the support of life cycle cost estimation model and dynamic planning model,the product design process of new energy bus enterprises and the cost borne by management enterprises are guided and managed.The whole life cycle cost information system is used to realize the interconnection of cost information in each stage,real-time monitoring of production and operation process,and finally realize the value-added and intelligent management of enterprise data,so as to achieve the overall optimization of the whole life cycle cost.Finally,from the aspects of changing the concept of cost management,improving the organizational structure of cost management,establishing a feasible cost information system for the whole life cycle,and cost management for different stages of the whole life cycle,the paper puts forward suggestions for the management of the whole life cycle cost of new energy buses.
