This paper aims at hardware-in-the-loop simulation for braking system of airplane, proceeded the theories analyse, and analyzed the performance factors of braking system of airplane by digital simulation. Here the foundation ascended to design the homologous hardware test bed, leading the hydraulic system and same related real objects into the simulation back track, proceeded the hardware-in-the-loop simulation. It is an important link that hardware-in-the-loop simulation for braking system of airplane in the exploring process of control braking system. It not only offers the necessary experiment data to development of braking system, but also provides the the necessary experiment means for the instruction and the scientific research.This paper established the whole simulation models of the braking system firstly. By mechanics, kinetics and physics characteristics analyzing, established the kinetics model of airplane, characteristic model of wheel, characteristic model of tyre with runway, braking equip model, hydraulic system model, and the coefficient of combination to slip rate model. And designing the PID algorithm with pressure adjustable, proceeded the overall digit simulation. Aiming at the result of simulation, braking time and braking efficiency was analyzed.This paper designed the hardware test bed and the support software for the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system . The hardware test bed was composed of the hydraulic dynamics source, the hydraulic test bed and the electrical console. According to the engineering request, resolved the question about the conjunction, measurement and control of the hydraulic system with the control unit. Then resolved the communication question of each hardwares and the hardware test bed with the simulation machine.This paper used the Virtual Scene View technicalness to accomplish the visualization of the process of the hardware-in-the-loop simulation for braking system of airplane. The virtual scene view system receipts the state data of airplane, showing with 3D image. In the behavior of braking system, it provides an independent window for wheel to analyze the system capability directly. In the process of designing, built vivid 3D model of objects and environment, accomplished multiple window view, and resolved the question about realtime of visualization of simulation.This paper made the summary of the exploration of hardware-in-the-loopsimulation for braking system of airplane. By the system simulation, the mathematical model conformed with the behavior of actual system, it was accurate. It provides a good platform for the exploration of control algorithm and the performance test of real objects, that explored and accomplished of hardware-in-the-loop simulation for braking system of airplane.
