In the course of developing the electric braking system, it is necessary to test its performance at any time. But in fact, the test in the real environment is very difficult to realize. To solve the problem, the Hardware-in-the-loop electric braking simulation system is designed in the paper.According to the movement of aircraft while braking, the simulation model including aircraft-body, aircraft-strength and undercarriage is established. By simulating in MATLAB, it is proved to be proper and practicable. The hardware of simulation system based on TMS320F2812 is designed, and the key circuit is researched in-depth. MATLAB 7.0 is used to create the codes that can be applied in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) directly from simulation model by which realizes the transplant of aircraft model from MATLAB to DSP. The aircraft model is calculated by DSP in real time and it incorporates a close loop with braking control system so that the performance of the electric braking system can be tested. On the basis of analyzing the characterization of TMS320F2812, the anti-jamming means is applied to hardware and software . The interface designed by C++Builder can display the important data that communicate between DSP and interface with RS232.The subject is significant for the research and application on Hardware-in-the-loop simulation method. It offers the technical basis for the development of the electric braking system.
