The main research object of the thesis is an experiment system of hardware-in-the-loop simulation for the airplane anti-skid brake. The system can simulate actual working condition of the airplane anti-skid brake, realize real time simulation by software of some factors. The factors include athletics and dynamical characteristic of plane, runway condition, undercarriage mechanical characteristic, pressure and moment characteristic of braking device and so on. The system can be use to guide the new antiskid brake system design.The thesis put forward total design of the experiment system according to system function. The experiment control system of hardware-in-the-loop simulation for the airplane antiskid brake includes main control system, simulation system, virtual scene view system, simulation manipulate system, the hardware test bed.According to the total design, the thesis established the whole simulation models of the experiment control system. The thesis aimed at the problems of loading system, using the method of intelligent compensation of dead zone in electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve.The thesis designed the hardware and the software of the experiment system on base of simulation. The hardware included computer, data collection card, signal modulating module and communications. The thesis explained configuration and function of the control software. The thesis used the Virtual Scene View technology to accomplish the visualization of the process of the experiment control system.This thesis made the summary of the research of the experiment system of hardware-in-the-loop simulation for the airplane anti-skid brake. By the system simulation, the mathematical model accord with the behavior of actual system. It was accurate. The loading control system can accomplish the loading test control and ensure the system's performance targets. The experiment control system provided a good platform for the research of control algorithm and the tests of real objects for the airplane anti-skid brake's research.
