Research On Task Assignment Of Collaborative Manufacturing Based On Workflow

The network cooperation manufacturing pattern has already become a tendency in 21 century's manufacturing enterprise. In order to satisfy the requirements in peacetime and wartime, a flexible and speediness response system was required. The problem of Task assignment has been researched in network collaborative manufacturing, and a resolvable scheme based on the workflow has been proposed. Several aspects in this thesis as follows have been studied:Firstly, Cooperation Manufacturing Task Assignment Frame system has been researched. The characteristic of Cooperation Manufacturing system and the environment of workflow have been analyzed, and Cooperation manufacturing task distribution system frame model has been put forward based on multi-Agent.Secondly, the cooperation manufacturing task modeling and the task assignment based on workflow driving has been researched. As an information fountainhead, the Task assignment can be modeled and changed flexibly. According to the WFMS' workflow model and practical assignment in aeronautic enterprise, a method of task assignment based on the process has been discussed and a processing modeling has been accomplished. The assignment driving has been implemented by importing the RBES' Jess platform.Thirdly, predetermined planning of manufacturing chain in task assignment has been researched. And it is divided into four steps: manufacturing resource discovery, chain constructing, collaboration between project enterprise and resource enterprise, optimization configuration of the chain. The resource discovering method based on common sense illation has been proposed according to the manufacturing resource modeling of domain knowledge. The optimization chain planning has been realized among the task assignment manufacturing chains. The improved contract net protocol has been used to complete the enterprise's on-line cooperation consultation and VE evaluation has been put forward.Fourthly, a task assignment prototype system based on the concept system and multi-Agent has been realized.
