Grouting can be used in fields of dam, tunnel, mine, highway, subway, civial con-struction, envirment conservation, treatment of geology disaster. It is very useful to di-spose matters in engineering. The characteristic is treating problem without excavatingoriginal ground. Grouting material is the most important factor to decide grouting en-gineering.This paper make use of construction garbage, fly ash, cement, waste pulp and oth-er additives as raw materials, studying new compound grouting materials named JFC-Z. It's very significant for grouting engineering and using garbage as resourses secondtime.Firstly, each raw material's fundamental characteristic was analyzed, then singlefactor tests and intersect tests were done, some characteristics of JFCZ-grouting material were tested and analyzed systematically, the reasonable compounding was acquired.Its intensity reached 1.72-2.9MPa.During experiment, SEM has been used to analyze the microcosmic morphologyof JFCZ-rock, how raw materials react each other and solidify progress were studiedfurther. Contrast to other similar grouting materials, JFCZ grouting materials can be in-jected easily, its intensity and resistance of permeation are also fit in with engineer-ing application.
