| Slag powder, as a new building material, has more applications in concrete construction projects because of its low price and fine grain size and other advantages.But whether it can be used as grouting material in grouting project, is little researched both at home and abroad at present. With slag powder,as raw material and some other added materials, the paper conducts research and development of new grouting grout through uniform design theory and laboratory formula experiments.Using slag powder as a grouting material can not only do a resource utilization of slag, but also ensure the grouting effect and reduce the cost of grouting. At present, which people pay more attention to cost-effective and engineering demand is high, this study for new grouting material is of great significance.Slag powder and ordinary Portland cement have the same active substance, but its content is different. It is the main thrust of the study that researches on the differences between slag powder and ordinary cement, and makes it have the same grouting effect with ordinary cement, but is cheaper than ordinary cement in the price.The following main aspects of the study are made in the paper:1. With the basic physical properties comparison of slag powder slurry and ordinary cement slurry, in the same water-cement ratio conditions, it is found that the viscosity and specific gravity of the two kinds of grout have no big difference basically, sedimentary rates of the slag powder slurry is larger than ordinary cement slurry, and the difference between the both increases along with water-cement ratio increasing.In the analysis of water rates, when the water-cement ratio is 0.6, water rates of the slag powder slurry is slightly larger than cement slurry; when the water-cement ratio is 0.8~1.0, the water rates of slag slurry is smaller than cement slurry, but the differences are also not too great.2. Additives experimental research is conducted.With a view to the poor solidification characteristics of the slag powder slurry, two kinds of additives is selected to stimulate its activity. Through the single-factor test, the affectting areas of the major factor which offers basis of test parameters chosing for the uniform design is obtained. 3. Using uniform design software, pilot program is arranged and 13 types of formula is designed. The compressive strength of each specimen is tested after 3 days, 7 days,14 days, and part of 21 days. It is found that the compressive strength of the specimen after 3 days and 7 days are very low, while the latter strength is growing rapidly.4. The regression analysis of the compressive strength results measured is done, and the corresponding regression equation is obtained. By optimizing the design the optimal experimental conditions is obtained. That is the better formula under the selected test material conditions.The study for slag powder as a grouting material in paper is a preliminary exploratory test.
