With the development of the science and technology, Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor has obtained the widespread development and application, Particularly in the control of occasions required high precision and high reliability, such as defence, aviation, astronautics, numerically-controlled machine tools, processing center, robots and so on. And it also holds the pivotal status in the modern alternating current motors.The design method of the traditional Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor controller general request the precise understanding to system parameter in order to carries on to the control rule. However in the actual operation, the system parameter will be constantly changed, in order to guarantee the fine system performance, we must carry on the corresponding adjustment to the controller. Intelligent control strategys such as fuzzy control, all has the merit of not rely on the object mathematical model and the strongly robust, it can overcome the element of uncertainty in the servosystem such as parameter change and non-linear change, thus it can realize the high quality control performance of the system.The Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor vector control system based on fuzzy control is the research object in this paper. Firstly, its mathematics models in several coordinate are set up, and on the basis of it, the principles of the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor vector control and its common control methods has been given, it also provide a system control diagram. And then the PWM technology based on space voltage vector is elaborated in detail, in the same time, the sensorless vector control is implemented by velocity estimating using Hypothetical Reference Frame Strategy (HRF). Secondly, we can establish the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor vector control simulation model based on the PMSM's mathematics models and the principles of vector control, through the analysis to the simulation result, it indicates that the system model that we established t has the feasibility.At last, the fuzzy PI controller is designed with the help of the MATLAB GUI toolbox, through the simulation analysis to the PMSM vector control system based onthe fuzzy PI control, the result indicates that the system has a better dynamic performance and robustness.All these work had expounded the principle, the method and the performance of the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor vector control system, and it can provide the reference significance to the next research of the PMSM vector control system and to the enhancement of system performance.
