In the field of ground-based and space-based observation,high-resolution imaging has become a trend,and as the carrying equipment of imaging system,the speed stability of turntable is the basis of high-resolution stable imaging.Since the permanent magnet synchronous motor can provide reliable and stable torque output,the turntable driven by it can achieve high speed stability.In this paper,the vector control technology of permanent magnet synchronous motor is studied under the background of the project of "permanent magnet synchronous motor control prototype",which is a pre-research project of Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics of CAS.Firstly,this paper introduces the development and characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor,and summarizes the development of the vector control technology of permanent magnet synchronous motor.Then,based on the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor,this paper introduces two commonly used vector control methods: sinusoidal pulse width modulation method(SPWM)and space vector pulse width modulation method(SVPWM).Secondly,based on the above two vector control methods of permanent magnet synchronous motor,two kinds of simulation models of permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system are built in MATLAB/SIMULINK environment by using conventional PI control strategy.Simulation shows that the SVPWM control system has less torque ripple and a better control effect.Then,fuzzy PI controllers are designed to replace the conventional PI controllers in the two systems,and it is theoretically proved that the fuzzy control can achieve a better control effect than the conventional control.In this paper,SVPWM is used to design the hardware circuit with DSP + FPGA as the control core,and then the system software is designed on the basis of the hardware circuit.Finally,the experimental platform of servo system is debugged,and the debugging results show that the system has good dynamic and static performance.
