Luffing mechanism is jib-crane' key-working institution.To design the size of luffing systemic primary structure of the four-bar linkages' suit jib,what is mostly segment to impact these same type crane' whole-work well or bad .Traditional modle is farther attention luffing mechanism power size ,while neglect metal construction stressed stand or fall.Reaserch the relations between at luffing course of horizontal movement and jib system organization's static stressing, as well as to improve the analyses means of design software of these same crane.Point to take MQ2535 portal crane jib system as to research object, take finite element and mechanical kinetics as to theoretical fundamental, make use of ansys8.1 to emulate jib systemic at the course of luffing in dynamics , obtain luffing procedural dynamics data of rigid body and elastic body of the jib system , according to those data,which is to improve these system design's beneficial conclusion henceforth. In concretionaly, these theses' primary coverage has:(1)Syntheses introduce portal crane jib systemic structural style structural style, selectively analysis four-bar linkage portal crane's working theory, working process as well as each parameter to impact whole machine's performance.(2)Perform finite element analysis software ansys8.1 to establish finite element model of the jib system, gave out principle and step of the finite element model which is established with beam element, settle foundation in carrying out portal crane's finite element analysis for henceforth, furthermore use apdl language could realize parameterization modeling, apt to amend and easy to management.(3)To analyse portal crane at hoisting-goods instance in mechanics, combine with metal construction's theoretical knowledge, analyses the result, obtain some valuable conclusion, with regard to abundantly improve portal crane hoisting path, depress self-weight make commendable reference part.(4)Researched jib system dynamics, withdrawal crucial load-step result and wholly geometric locus , and analyses results, appraise structure' dynamiccharacteristics whether satisfactory, verify theoretical calculation accuracy.(5)Utilize finite element analysis software ansys8.1 to analyse jib system at the luffing course in transient dynamics, and in designing could presstimate structure dynamic characteristics, obtain the universality means and rule to analyse this problem.
