| As a kind of general cargo port loading equipment,portal crane has been playing an important role in the modern port production that because of the characteristics of large load and high proportion of full load operation.Especially,the amplitude-changing mechanism,as the main working mechanism,plays the role of driving boom pitch and cargo lifting in production.Therefore,the maintenance of portal cranes has always been the focus of equipment managers.In this paper,Qinhuangdao port general goods company MQ1635 A portal crane as the research object.In order to solve the problem of wear clearance in use,the wear load of variable amplitude press wheel shaft and rocker guard plate is studied in combination with theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,Based on Archard wear equation,a formula for calculating the wear of the side plate of the shaker with variable amplitude is derived.A theoretical analysis model of the impact of the variable-amplitude rack and variable-amplitude pressure wheel is established.Based on Hertz contact force formula,the contact force formula of variable-amplitude pressure wheel and side plate is derived.The wear of the shaker mechanism is analyzed by an example.Then,Analyzing the relationship equation between the angle of pitch and the radius of variable width of the crane’s arm frame,the geometric parameter model of the arm frame system is established,and the motion analysis and mechanical analysis of the amplitude variation mechanism are carried out according to this model.According to the calculated maximum impact force of the rack,the shaker is modified to reduce the contact stress and enhance the shaper mechanism.Finally,using Solidworks software to build the model of MQ1635 A portal crane variable amplitude press wheel mechanism.Then,Combined with ANSYS finite element analysis software,the contact stress of press wheel mechanism before and after improvement is simulated and analyzed,and the change of contact stress before and after modification is compared.In this paper,with the aid of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the influence of the improvement measures of the amplitude changing mechanism of portal crane on the roller shaft and rocker guard plate is studied.The reliability of the equipment is improved,which can be used as a reference for the study of the mechanism of the variable amplitude press wheel of the portal crane. |
