| High temperature air oil-free ignition is the advanced burning technology with thewide applicable perspective. At present, plenty of oil has being consumed when utilityboilers start up and operate at the low load at coal-fired power station. Thus , it is ofgreat importance to study pulverized coal direct ignition technology with hightemperature air.Numerical simulation method is employed in this paper to study the low and ultralow operating cases with high-temperature air direct-ignition burner and HBC-SSAburner. Attention is paid to the temperature field,velocity field and NOx distribution etc.Another NOx emission reducing comprehensive combustion case is calculated. Fromnumerical simulation view point ,NOx is to be paid more attention and has been testifiedby decresing 30% .In a word, all study results will provide guidance for operationoptimization and clean,high efficient combustion of the utility boiler at full,low andultra low load. |
