Data Mining And Its Application In SCADA Alarm Information Analysis

Nowadays, Power System Dispatching Center using the data whichcollected from SCADA system to supervise the power network running. Becauseof the limitation of channel and equipment, the data from SCADA system oftencontains a mass of yawp information, all these yawp information will seriouseffect the dispatch precision.After realizing the theory of data mining, knowing its process and commonmethods, the paper import this technology into SCADA yawp data discriminationresearch. Based on the decision-making algorithm, which always using inData-Mining Classification Analysis method, the paper designed andimplemented a data classifier, the core of this data classifier is to determinate theSCADA alarm information, discover the classify rule, moreover, eliminate theSCADA distant-communication alarm information. Lanzhou network SCADAalarm information testing result proved the validity of this method. .
