| The development of information reform of engineering materials is an inevitable trend to achieve sustainable development in the field of construction engineering.The related technology of collecting statistics and determining the information price of construction engineering materials has also attracted the attention of many insiders.However,it is found through investigation that at this stage,most departments in our country still stay in the accumulation of manual experience and computer simple analysis and calculation,the traditional tabulated method of price information data collection of engineering materials is not conducive to the investigation and use,and cannot activate the data assets,which leads to the large deviation between information price of engineering materials and the actual market price,and brings many difficulties to the management of construction project market.There are two main reasons for this problem: first,the basic data is insufficient and the data preprocessing is not in place,leading to the information price collection source is not effective enough;Second,the processing method and data processing of material price data are too simple,lack of in-depth mining and comprehensive analysis of data,and fail to make in-depth analysis and full use of historical data,which makes the quality of information price release of engineering materials low.In today’s information age,information technology based on data mining has been widely used in scientific practice,and the determination of material information price is exactly the need to process and analyze massive data,which has high applicability with data mining technology.Therefore,based on the above problems of material information price and the characteristics of mining technology,this paper attempts to study the method of determining material information price of data mining technology,which includes the following three aspects:(1)Research and design of original data collection and preprocessing of information price of engineering materials.The purpose is to clarify the collection channels of information price data and the data sources used in this study,conduct data preprocessing on the used data,clean abnormal data,and assign reasonable weights to different data source channels based on the importance of them,so as to provide data basis for the establishment of the information price determination model of engineering materials below.(2)Design of information price determination model of engineering materials based on data mining technology.Firstly,the advantages and disadvantages and applicability of various determination methods are studied through literature,and the data mining technology is determined as the method to determine the information price of engineering materials.Then the statistical analysis method is used to establish the model of information price determination of engineering materials,and its implementation steps are clearly defined.The empirical analysis is carried out with cases to ensure that the established model is scientific and reasonable and has the possibility of realization.(3)Empirical research on the model software of material information price determination.According to the principle of material information price determination model,the software of material information price determination model was developed and applied to the actual publishing of material information price in Nanjing City.The reliability of the software was verified by importing several groups of data,and the software was used to complete the publishing of material information price.Finally,the positive role and important significance of the application of the software for the publishing of material information price were analyzed.In summary,based on data mining technology,this paper adopts various research methods to basically realize the optimization of the current construction materials information price acquisition method and the design of the construction materials information price determination model.In order to further improve the accuracy of Chinese engineering material information price,the determination and determination function of material information price are systematically designed. |
