| The present condition and development of substation automation system isresearched. The system based on computer technology performs the work of relayprotection, monitoring, recording variable, communication and so on. And relayprotection is the most important function in all. Many industries make demands onpower quality and reliability, so that it's necessary to install the device which has thefunction of automatic switching to standby power supply in the substation.The device which has the function of automatic switching to standby power supplyis researched in this paper. The device could accurately measure current and voltage oflines, and judge the running state of lines. Then it performs the work of automaticswitching to standby power supply based on the given demand. Finally, the work oftesting the device is performed, and the result is good. |
