| A regional network fault restoration system is researched and realized in this paper, which runs in on-line application. It either can be started by fault diagnosis, which can assist to make decision after accident, or can be started by static security analysis of the power system, which can be used to make the accident prefiguration and compile the fault preview. A search strategy based on switch group is devised in this paper, which enhances the efficiency and accuracy of search;establishing a fast ratiocinating fault restoration model which is based on EMS data, and adopting the search strategy to form the connecting relation of the equipments in the power system dynamically, so it is not necessary to do special maintenance to the system when the frame of the network changes;perfecting the fault restoration modules and ensure that the restoration scheme accords with the situation of locale and the operating regulations and the system is practical;adopting flow to check the security of all the restorable paths of the load island, which provides the gists to choose the restorable paths. This system is running in the Lanzhou regional power system with good effect and proper restoration strategy, which has proved the system's usability. |
