The paper selected the topic of design and reliability practice of fullhydraulic drive engineering transport vehicle. Through analysis andcomparison of the using actuality and the developing tendency of the hydraulicdrive engineering transport vehicle domestic and abroad, TLC100A type ofhydraulic engineering transport vehicle is designated as the research objects. Inview of the characteristics and Beidaihe Tonglian company's requirementsabout the hydraulic engineering transport vehicle, the vehicles are designedsuccessfully based on absorbing and digesting the advanced techniquesdomestic and abroad. The vehicle has many merits just like high reliabilities,well turning performances, strongly driving capabilities. The main contents areas follows:Firstly, the paper detailedly introduce the developing and researchingstatus about the engineering transport vehicle home and aboard, and set forththe scientific meanings and the main contents of the research topic.In chapter 2, the design of TLC100A engineering transport vehicle arepresented including its main technical parameters, mechanical actuatingmechanisms, hydraulic systems, electrical control system constituted by CANbus, and so on.In chapter 3, the steering mechanisms of the engineering transport vehicleare designed and simulated by applying MATLAB, and computing results arepresented.In chapter 4, the reliability testing experiments of the suspension systemof the engineering transport vehicle are introduced.Finally, the fault model analysis, reliability analysis and driving systemsdebugging program of engineering transport vehicle are discussed.At present, the full hydraulic drive engineering transport vehicles havebeen used in the Nantong Shipyard after assembling and debugging byTonglian Company. The vehicles had achieved the anticipated goals, enhancedthe producing efficiency and obtained the considerable economic profit.
