Reaserch On Old Village Redevelopment In Suburb Of Beijing For Exploiting Rural Folk Tourism

Rural tourism is a new tourism phenomena,it developed rapidly with theindustrial society development and the "biological" process of tourism sincethe 20th century,it is also a paradigm,namely,one type of touristkind,classified by tourist destination.Rural folk tourism is one principalexploiting type of rural tourism,which comes into being according to thereality of China.we research on its background and status,develop itscientifically and logically to promote its sustainable development.Rural folktourism is a kind of tourist form,shaped by peasants in suburban areas whotake advantage of the rural scenery,natural landscape,scenic sopts andhistorical sites which is depended on by their houses,and combine withcustoms and habits of the local area in order to attract city tourists foreating,accommodating,playing,entertaining.To construct scientifical and logical expoilting mode should begin withthe establishment of the aim of rural folk tourism,demonstrates the practicalperformance of it,based on such analyses the exploiters make the correctexploiting plan,according to which to constitute the strategy of the old villageredevelopment.At last ,to evaluate the economic result,social result andecological result of the developing plan,By doing so ,the rural folk tourismcan be optimized and the goal of maximizing the comprehensive return ofrural folk tourism anc be reached.Based on the original geographical and climatic characteristic,the oldvillage redevelopment for exploiting rural folk tourism should constitute thestrategy on master planning,rural house, infrastructure,and greeninglandscape.Case study on Diaowo village,Pinggu dstrict and Guandivillage,Huairou district,Beijing,this paper tries applying the rural folk tourismexploting oriented mode and the strategy of the old village redevelopment,topromote the development of the rural folk tourism.The achievement of this paper are:firstly summarizing the newachievement on rural folk tourism research in China;secondly constitutingthe expoilting mode of rural tourism and the strategy of the old villageredevelopment initially,thirdly putting forward the theory above into thepractive of rural folk tourism exploiting and the old village redevelopment.
