Research On Suitability And Planning Strategy Of Leisure Tourism Rural Elderly Care Area In Suburbs Of Xi’an

In recent years,the phenomenon of aging population has become increasingly prominent,and the problem of urban pension has become more and more obvious.The innovation and development of pension industry has become one of the hot spots of current society.At the same time,the countryside close to the local nature provides a new choice for the urban elderly.The advantages of suburban Leisure Tourism Villages in location,transportation,environment,resources and other aspects make them have pension value.Under the background of rural revitalization,rural pension has become a new development path.The integrated development of suburban leisure tourism villages and pension industry will become an important breakthrough to break the urban pension problem,realize the innovation and development of pension industry,promote the development of rural economy and help rural revitalization.Firstly,through the analysis of relevant literature and practical cases,this paper summarizes the research on rural pension and suburban leisure tourism at home and abroad.Secondly,based on the two main lines of "urban demand" and "rural supply",using the methods of questionnaire survey,interview and field survey,this paper investigates "Xi’an urban elderly" and "Xi’an suburban Leisure Tourism Villages" respectively,and explores the comprehensive conditions for the development of urban elderly groups’ pension demand and Xi’an suburban leisure tourism villages into pension industry.Furthermore,guided by the needs of urban elderly groups for rural pension,this paper constructs the suitability evaluation system of rural pension destination,and uses the method of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate and study the suburban Leisure Tourism Villages in Xi’an,which have the basic conditions to become pension destinations,so as to determine the suitability of developing rural pension industry.Finally,for the qualified suburban Leisure Tourism Villages in Xi’an,while meeting the needs of the elderly in the city,combined with the rural resources,this paper puts forward the planning strategies of the suburban leisure tourism rural pension in Xi’an from four aspects of industrial development,living space environment,pension services and facilities,operation and management mechanism,and then takes Liujiagou village as an example.The research adopts the method of combining theory with practice,which not only ensures the accuracy and guidance of theoretical research,but also reflects the reference value of practical research.In order to solve the problem of idle resources and lack of development vitality in Xi’an suburban leisure tourism villages,we should select the suburban leisure tourism villages with basic conditions,guide the urban elderly to the rural pension,introduce the urban pension industry into the countryside,develop the rural pension industry,and promote the integrated development of Xi’an suburban leisure tourism villages and the urban elderly pension At the same time,it can meet the needs of the urban elderly,relieve the pressure of the urban elderly,and realize the complementary advantages of urban and rural areas.
