Research On The Design Of High-rise Building With Regional Principle

High-rise building is an important type of building in modern city, which construction and development has a history of more than 100 years. Its enormous body brings a great impact on its surrounding environment. High-rise building, as the product of high-tech, is a non-successive type of building lack of regional characteristics, which makes it difficult that high-rise building integrates with the regional environment. Therefore, many architects show much concern for the regional high-rise building and have gradually developed a number of creative methods and design principles to guide practice. These practical explorations play a role in promoting the development of regional high-rise building. In recent years, many outstanding architects? practice has fully proved that it is absolutely feasible that high-rise building, as a new type of building originated from industrial society, integrates with characteristics of regional culture. And only in this way, can high-rise buildings achieve active life and eternal fascination.This dissertation is about the design and research of high-rise building with regional principle. This dissertation, which takes the fact that rapid development of high-rise buildings and the phenomenon of architectural globalization result in the crisis of architecture cultural convergence in recent years as background, and takes producing high-rise building with regional characteristics to develop regional architecture culture as objective, has analyzed the regional factors which affect the design of high-rise building and reviewed the unique course of its development. This dissertation points out that the systemic principle of region must be built up to find out and solve the problems occurring in the design of high-rise building from city to site. This dissertation expounds how to integrate design of high-rise building and place of building from the macroscopical aspect and microcosmic aspect of region. What's more, this dissertation finds out the regional principle and its applying types on the design of high-rise building by analytical study about some characteristic designs of high-rise building.Taking the example of the design of Dalian Mingshi fortune center, this dissertation also carries through practical exploration. The rational thinking which sets out from fact and shows much concern to regional environment has made Dalian Mingshi fortune center unique at the aspect of layout, architecture, environment, and so on.
