Design And Research Of Refrigeration System For Cold And Hot Airflow Shock Chamber

The Cold and hot airflow shock chamber is a kind of environmental test chamber that can provide the environment of high temperature and low temperature, which is mostly applied to performance testing or examination for machine product, electron product and so on. The chamber obeys THERMAL SHOCK TEST (GJB150. 5-86) technical standard. The chamber refrigeration system use Auto-cascade refrigerating cycle and R22 / R23 as the zeotropic mixture refrigerant to obtain low-temperature -55 °C high pressure airs. On the basis of thermodynamic analysis , an experimental rig is designed successfully. By carrying on the experiment , the low-temperature -55℃ high pressure airs is obtained and the refrigerating output is measured in the experimental rig successfully . Lastly, some important conclusion is acquired by analyzing the result of the experiment.
