The Sublayer Frame-shear Structure consists of the two kinds of load-bearing and anti- lateral force system in the reinforced concrete frame, the anti-seismic wall and the upside brick house. If earthquake occurs, because of the two different structure systems, and the difference of anti- lateral force system, anti-seismic function of these kinds of house is complex. Uneven of the vertical rigidity causes the relatively weak sublayer has great lateral deformation, but others has little lateral deformation. If distortion surpasses the utmost limit of some components of the house, the breakage take place .In order to guarantee the realization of anti-seismic design principle, Code for seismic design of buildings(GB50011-2001) explicitly stipulate of the two kinds anti-lateral force system and control the ratio strictly. It's hard to hold it, because Earthquake is a random vibration. It's difficult to exactly forecast the characteristics and parameter of the earthquake. It's lacking accuracy in the aspect of the analysis on the structure internal force, because lacking the adequate thinking about the space function, censure elasticity nature, damping changes. The duty of seismic design is not only to consider the undefinition of earthquake Action and the regularities of anti-seismic function , but also to enable the building to have the good anti-seismic function by selecting plan and the detail of anti-seismic structure .The Sublayer Frame-shear Structure is a kind of special structure form. At present the problem is How to solve and make up its congenitally deficient anti-seismic function, and how to make the good anti-seismic function as far as possible. For the better anti-seismic function, to fundamentally eliminate the frail link of the structure should be firstly considered assistting with necessary computation.The article have carry on the research on certain questions In the foundation of the scientific research achievement and the design practice.
