Water supply networks modeling is an important face in the construction of the urban infrastructure, putting up water supply network simulation is the most effective means to realize the water supply network dynamic state. In this paper, the intention and signification and contents of water supply network modeling is set forth, and the demand forecasting methods that are used in water supply system dynamic simulation are introduced. The author put forward the bilinear time series model of urban demand dynamic forecasting in the paper, and testify that the model possess practicability by fact project.In follows, the theory and method of water supply network modeling are studied, and the programs of water supply network system numerical simulation are authorized. The simulating results are rapidly displayed in the way that drawing is in combined with data, so, the manager can understand accurately the network dynamic state in time.At last, the simple model of one city's water supply network is built through the ways above. The surveying result testified that the model have practicable value, and the simple model can be used for the daily manage and optimal controlling.
