The temperature measurement instrument with high precision and large dynamic range based on MSP430F149 chip has been studied in this paper. This instrument was characterized by high precision, large temperature measurement range, anti-electromagnetic disturbance and good stability. It will be applied very well in the future.First, this paper introduced the method and the situation of the temperature measurement, and the meaning of this study. The difference of temperature measurement between heat transducer and heat resistence was compared, and the principle of this instrument was also introduced—the high precision and large dynamic range of this measurement was achieved by adopting bridge R-V circuits and 24 bit A-D transducer.Then this paper introduced the principle and the design methods of every functional modular and the basis of choosing the chips and the debugging method. In detailed, the software part of the instrument and the design course by modular method was introduced. And the method of simulating the equation with the least-square method was introduced.At last, this paper presents some anti-interference measures of the hardware and software, filter arithmetic and the system debugging process.From the result of debugging and measurement, this instrument is very good to get to the goal, and the range of temperature measurement can come to ±100℃, larger than other analogous instruments.
