Research On Application Of FMEA And FTA To The Development Of Automobile Products

In this paper, the developmental course and the research tendency of the reliable technologies are briefly summarized, the research and application of domestic and foreign reliable technologies in the auto industry are introduced. In this foundation, the application of FMEA and FTA reliability analysis technologies of the automobile engineering are discussed mostly. And actual embarked from the auto enterprises' production, used the object-oriented programming language and the database technology, the preliminary research to Computer Aided Software-PFMEA_hut system had been conducted.Using the computer aided software--Fmeca_hut system and Fta_hut system, have carried on the FMEA and the FTA to double-front-axle system of some heavy vehicle. According to the analysis result, pointed out the questions which is easy to neglect in the design of the double-front-axle system, and proposed the preventive measure.In order to enhance the heavy-duty vehicles' reliable level after domestically manufacturing, three turns of bench weary test to the front axle of heavy-duty vehicles are carried on, the main reason which the front axle expires are analyzed, and the improvement in the design are made. Finally, enabled the intensity of the front axle to achieve the national bench experiment standard, obtained the satisfying result.
