Management that enhances the main machine equipments, increases its utilization and reliability, is the core of equipments management in the hydraulic and electric power station.Last century 20's in the United States, the way of maintaining equipments was put in practice firstly. That is to say, the equipments must be disassembled to check the equipments, replace some parts and prevent the equipment fault after the equipments works a fixed period, which was named as the planned maintenance. The planned maintenance not only can reduce the equipments fault, but also increases the production performance of the business enterprise. This kind of equipments maintenance method is obvious superior to the method of no fault without maintenance. So that method is quickly adopted by varied industries all over the world, and occupied the predominant position in the equipments maintenance of all kinds of manufacturing industry. It is also primarily method for the electricity business enterprise to control production-safe in our country.Since the new China was established, the electricity business enterprise at all times has made varied regulations of equipment maintenance according to the principle of Safety First and Main Prevention. In other words, it adopts the principle of Main Prevention and Planned Examination to enhance the equipment reliability. In the water power station, whether mechanical equipments maintenance or electric equipments maintenance, the planned maintenance is adopted in the whole of maintenance in order to accomplish the production-reliability target for increasing economy benefit. The production-reliability target includes FOF(forced outage factor), EAF(Equivalent availability factor), PO(times of planned outage), UO(times of unplanned outage)etc.By applying the method of reliability technique, according to the eletric equipments reliability evaluate rules, this paper systematically analyzes faults which possibility or usually appear in turbine, generator, speed-adjusting controller in water power station and their reasons and effect factors. Meanwhile it also uses the method of FAT to study the FMEA and preventive fault measures of turbine of ZZ500- LH-1020 and find out the biggest risk from all parts risk in turbine of ZZ500- LH-1020 .This paper analyses the technique of reliability management of main equipments...
