Recent years, in order to advance vehicle's comfort, safety and operation stability, various electronic control techniques and control systems are developed greatly and applied widely. However, these control systems all aim at one system of vehicles, while the promotion of the complete vehicle performance depends on the integrated work of each subsystem. Based on this object, a complete automobile model, a detent model, a tyre model, a road surface model and a suspension system model are founded in the article;the control strategy is put forward of a single ABS system and a single suspension system, which is based on to further analyze the mutual effect between active suspension system and ABS system, resulting in the two systems' integrated control strategy. After road surface input interferences' influence on active suspension system and ABS and the connection between active suspension and ABS system are considered, a controller based on PID control theory is designed. PID controller is respectively applied to system control research on single active suspension system, single ABS system control research as well as the research on the integrated control between active suspension system and ABS system. Simulation calculation is carried out on the above models as well as the three control conditions ( brake single control, suspension single control, and integrated control between active suspension and ABS)by MATLAB6.5 simulation software. Seen from the simulation result, after the integrated control between active suspension and ABS, automobile suspension performance is improved evidently, brake performance is advanced, and each performance index of the two systems is better than that of single system control, thus the integrated control between active suspension system and ABS system is feasible and effective, which is based on for harmonious or integration control of each automobile system, anti-lock brake...
