Automotive anti-lock system (ABS) is the current automobile electronic industry of thedevelopment of emerging industry, automobile electronics industry which is a certain stage ofthe product of electronic control technology development in foreign countries is an emergingindustry, at present in China still in a sprout state. Automotive anti-lock system (ABS) canprevent car in the course of driving due to wheel completely lock and produce the back axleof the lateral partial slip, wheel lose themselves to the phenomenon such as ability, make thecar wheel between tire and road surface adhesion can maximum limit to improve the carbraking performance, so as to improve the car braking process direction stability and steeringability purpose, to meet the car in the course of driving the needs of security.This paper describes the development of automobile brake anti-lock system history, thedomestic and international research status, basic principle, composition form, classificationand fuzzy PID control performance characteristics, car system model and wheel tyre modelrelated mathematical modeling, setting up suitable for simulation of car can be in line brakeprocess of single wheel vehicle model. Then using Matlab software and Simulink module tobuild cars in straight line brake when braking model, according to the data design basic fuzzycontroller, and the vehicle system model anti-lock braking system simulation. Finally,according to the slip rate reference formulas to calculate the slip rate of error, error rate as thecontroller of input variables, the brake pressure as the controller output, complete the fuzzycontrol of fuzzification, fuzzy reasoning and reverse fuzzification. In the fuzzy reasoningdesign process, considering the different fuzzy controller, and its error level will use adifferent fixed scale factor to make changes, in order to realize the fuzzy control rules of theadjustment, the adjustment is to achieve a good condition.
