If the treating method of monitor data in construction state or operation state is not proper ,large loss will be come out .So we should choose proper monitor method .The paper against the practical problems in bridge cable monitor ,studies robust estimate of Kalman filtering in bridge monitoring and analysis the cable tower of Su-tong bridge monitoring .The main contains as follows:Summarizing the necessity of bridge cable tower monitoring, the general main technique , error analysis and fade measures. Studying the characters of monitor data solution ,the method of establishing Kalman filtering model and the confirmation of initial value. Through example, it has some predominance in data treating. This paper bases on robust estimate, drives recurrence equations and gives the calculation procedure. After establishing effective data solution models, it can identify the situation of error .It can be used in bridge monitor points, we can compare the results with the methods of time-series and wavelet. The precision is very high.
