Construction deformation monitor is to monitor the displacement of constructions, buildings, projects, facility and so on. And it is a long-term, the repeated surveying work. Its key lies in extracting the distortion information of the sensitive distorting spots and the distorting points in each observation cycle. And then the analysis and explanation of the distortion information has been carried on. The mathematical model is used to forecast reasonably to assure security of building.In this paper, there are detailed introductions of the method, process and management in construction distortion monitor. The commonly used method and technology of construction distortion monitor is introduced, as well as the general steps of carrying on these methods. According to the content of building distortion monitor, the management and turn of expression of construction distortion monitor's achievement have been discussed.The core of construction distortion monitor is the analysis of distortion monitor data. Gain the monitoring data of the construction by the distortion monitor. Exact the construction's distortion information by the analysis of the monitoring data. Gain and forecast construction's distortion rule by the model that is established according to the distortion information. There are two construction distortion analyzing and forecasting models that are commonly used have been mainly introduced. - grey model and the BP neural network model. The BP neural network toolbox and the formidable matrix operation function in Matlab have been utilized to realize the grey model and the BP neural network model in forecasting course, and carry on the explanation with the example.Based on the above knowledge, under the software system integration environment of ArcGIS, Matlab, Office and so on, the building distortion monitor analysis system has been realized in using GIS. In this paper, it introduces the development and development pattern in component object model geographic information system (ComGIS) of ArcObjects, and inserts the GIS functions under the general development environment of ComGIS. In the ArcObjects development research, the distortion information of test points have been managed with Geodatabase in integrative pattern, the seamless union of the constructions, the test points and the environment have been realized under ArcGIS. The two-dimensional visualization analysis and the three dimensional of construction's subsidence simulation analysis have been realized separately by using MapControl and SceneControl in ArcObjects. The distortion monitor data analysis and the forecast function have been realized by the mix programming in Matlab and Visual C++. The report form printing function and the other correlative functions has been realized by the Office connection programming technology.
