Research On Reasonable Allocation System Of Regional Water Resources Based On Browser/Server Mode

With the development of economy and society, the rapid increase of population, water problem is becoming more and more severe, which has become the bottleneck of restricting sustainable development of regional economy and society, so the research on the solution of water problem has emerged. Regional water resources allocation is an efficient way to alleviate water resources shortage and settle water problem.The characteristics of application system based on client/server mode and browser/server mode were expounded in the dissertation, and extensive comparisons were made on the above-mentioned water resources reasonable allocation systems, which was selected to research under browser/ server mode with important theoretical implications and practical values.The advanced computer technique and working principle of ASP, COM+, Web GIS, Mapxtreme, Winsock were discussed systemically and exhaustively in the text, and then the necessity and feasibility of COM+, Web GIS and Winsock technique in water resources allocation were analyzed, and then the principle and method of water demand calculating and forecasting, water supply calculating, supply and demand analyzing and the evaluation of different schemes were further discussed, some COM groupwares were empoldered, such as the module of repeating ultilization water demand forecasting, the module of water supply calculating, the module of supply and demand analyzing, the module of evaluation of different schemes. Finally, on repository, modelbase and algorithmbase, the integrated information platform of three-layer network structure was established, which combined some subjects, such as computer, water culture and resources, mathematics etc. It provides many functions, such as spatial information processing, water demand calculating and forecasting, water supply calculating, supply and demand analyzing, long-distance interaction etc, and then operation and finial network distribution of Web GIS spatial information processing and the scheme of regional water resources reasonable allocation under the environment of mutual network are realized, which makes the decision-maker control the regional water resources holistically and conveniently, so the water resources modern management are improved for more contributes to the sustainable development of economy and society.
