Sluice is a kind of low-head structure, which is established on rock foundation or soil foundation. The foundation settlementN stability against sliding, analysis of internal force, design of reinforcing bars and earthquake-resistance structure were considered in sluice designing. In this article, the present state and the develop history of study is introduced, the dynamic property of sluice structure and the theory of internal force analysis were studied. The main contents of the paper are as follows:1. The software ANSYS and its second developing techniques, the theory of dynamic analysis of hydro-structure were introduced. The basic theory and solving method of structure-liquid coupling is discussed, aiming at attention problem in current engineering field. Two methods considering dynamic water pressure in ANSYS were studied, which were finite field addition mass method and sequence weak coupling solving method.2. The problem of Fluid-Solid Interaction was studied, with one U shape structure as the example. Firstly, the influence of width of water body and height of water level to vibration property of structure was calculated, according to the finite field addition mass method. Secondly, based on the sequence weak coupling solving method in ANSYS, the variational course adapt to time of dynamic water pressure and structure-liquid coupling problem of water body sway of U-type structure were studied . Finally, a set of research findings which have applied value were elicited ,basing on comparing oscillation characteristic of U-type structure by different method , which are Westergaard method , finite field addition mass method and direct coupling method basing on ANSYS.3. The earthquake-resistance analysis of Panzhuang check gate was done. Basing on regarding standard gravitational response spectrum and two different gravitational temporal record as import earthquake wave, the earthquake reaction of this sluice is analyzed by response spectrum method and temporal analysis, the dynamical displacement and static and dynamic combined stress were calculated, and the results of three method were compared.4. The method using for calculating structure internal force of chamber was put forward, with check gate of Genglou hub as the example. Basing on considering the interaction of pier, floor and foundation, the internal force of chamber floor in different programme of side wall (margin load) was studied detailedly, the distribution law of chamber floor internal force in action of different margin load was given, which can providing reference to reinforcing bars. The research results in this article make the 3D calculation results of sluice can render services to engineering design directly.
