Study On Interior Space Constitution Of Military Officer Apartment

The present design of the military officer apartment, including the area ,the size and the spatial constitution, are determined by the military officer's rank.This kind of design was not directed against a certain kind of military officer family and some relevant content of the family life cycle period, and it lacked the analysis on family characteristic.Therefore it causes that the design of the military officer apartment and the officer family's use were apart. It formed a lot of unreasonable phenomena in living.Starting with studying the user's characteristic, the inhabiting behavior and the inhabiting psychology, this thesis researches interior spatial constitution of the officer apartment. Combining with the investigation of the actual living condition, the article synthetically analyzes and discusses the quantity of the function space , the suitable range of space area and the constituent mode of the space in modern military officer apartment. Casing study of the battalion commander's apartment in Beijing, the article analyzes the battalion commander's family inhabitancy demand and the suitable habitation space. It is proposed that the design suiting the battalion commander's family in Beijing and the suitable standard of area.It is made to accord with the occupant's inhabitancy demand even more,so as to guide designer reasonable design of this kind of housing space and offer scientific data. And it provides the data and the conclusion to the army barracks construction department's decision-making, which may profit providing comfortably and satisfactory environment for battalion commander's family.
