Finally, on the basis of the analyses, comparision and evaluation of the charact eristics of the system and other mathematic evaluating methods, the thesis produces away-Fuzzy synthetical Appraisal Method to appraise the construction which influence durability of the buildings, makes a multi-level appraising model suitable for the evaluation setup and illustrates the evaluatingprocess through examples as well.The achievements of the research provide an inspiration for the further study of the durable construction and an idea to the evaluation of it, offering some references to the designs and appraisals of the structure.
