With the energy crisis intensified gradually,sustainable development has been the subject of social development at present.Building industry consumes a lot of resources.There is very important strategic significance to build green building in order to achieve energy conservation and environmental protection.The course of construction,as the implementation of the construction phase,can one-time consume large amounts of manpower,financial and material resources.This link has attracted more and more concern from us.Under this background,green construction has been the mainstream in the world.Green construction means in the process of engineering construction,we should ensure the quality and safety of the project firstly.Then we can save resources and reduce the negative effect on environment up to the hilt through scientific management and technological progress.In the end,we can achieve the goal of energy saving,land saving,water saving,material saving and environmental protection.In essence,green construction is the embodiment of the sustainable development in the construction phase.A set of relatively mature green construction evaluation system can effectively promote the development of green construction,which can also accelerate the progress of the society gradually.According to the connotation of green construction,green construction evaluation means that we should make the proper and correct judgement of green level for engineering construction activities on the whole.At present the reserach on green building assessment focuses on the phase of the whole life cycle or the operating phase of the project.Although we have some research results on the area of green construction evaluation.We have not yet established a fully mature green construction evaluation system.There are some limitations in the green construction evaluation index system at present.The evaluation criteria and the division of the evaluation level need further research.We should further optimize the comprehensive evaluation and calculation model in order to accurately determine the green construction level of the project.We reviewed a great deal of literature at home and abroad about green construction.On the basis of it,we analyzed the theoretical framwork of green construction and green construction evaluation.From intense research,we deeply analyzed the content of green construction and green construction evaluation.We reveal their connotation and put forward the green construction control points.We designed the draft of green construction evaluation index system through field investigation and comprehensive analysis.We also modified the draft of green construction evaluation index system by questionnaires.So green construction evaluation index system has been determine in the end.In order to distinguish the importance of the evaluation index system,we used analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of evaluation index system based on the characteristics of building construction.The green construction level of project has been divided into four grades,which are excellent,good,qualified,and unqualified.In additon,we also established the evaluation criteria of the qualitative indexes and quantitative indexes.We set up the mandatory inspection clause.When the project break the mandatory inspection clause in the process of construction,it will be regarded as the unqualified green construction project.There is no need to take the next step of judgment.And we put forward the calculation model of the comprehensive evaluation based on variable fuzzy sets theory.In the end,the evaluation system was applied to an actual project.The results show that the evaluation system of green construction has some degree of accuracy,feasibility and superiority,and can objectively evaluate the level of building engineering green construction.
