Hyperthermia of tumor is a new method for oncotherapy, which is developing fast presently after operation and radiation therapy and chemistry medication. The methods including microwave and radio and ultrasonic and so on, some of them have applied to clinic, are as boost therapy. But all of them have some defect, such as temperature and its boundary are hard to control exactly. The technology of AC magnetic field hyperthermia is expected to be overcome the defects. It is that implant magnetic material in tumor cells, and the temperature inside the tumor will increase with medium frequency alternating current magnetic fields. In this way tumor cells will be killed. The method has been researched at home and abroad. But recently the hyperthermia hasn't applied to clinic yet, because it is difficult to measuring the temperature in issues and designing the correlative laboratory equipment. Therefore it seems very important and insistent for designing a test device of tumor hyperthermia to monitoring and control the change in temperature inside the issue.In this paper, it does research on which basing on embedded micro controller LPC2114 for temperature monitoring and control system. It is built an embedded medium frequency temperature monitoring and control system, to collecting and control the signal of the magnetic field strength and temperature. The system can not only detect the field strength of AC magnetic fields and the temperature of heating medium in magnetic fields, but also control the temperature by varying the field strength of AC magnetic fields. In order to getting required the medium frequency AC magnetic field, which base on industrial medium frequency power, design the medium frequency induction power and magnetic core and coil by calculation. By using the principle for measuring magnetic field by electromagnetic induction, fix the magnetic parameters such as the size of testing coil and design the testing circuit for magnetic field.
