Optimizing the hydropower station operating is to achieve most efficiency with limit resource on the premise of equipment performing safely and steady. Economic performance of hydraulic generator has been an important study subject to improve greatly its performance properties and technical & economical levels.As mentioned in this article, there is an object-oriented software that performs the CSP (Constraint Satisfaction Problem) reasoning, and realizes the representation of knowledge, constraint transmission, intelligent backtracking, and performs the operation modeling. Its concentrated expression in the field of hydropower station and hydraulic generators are as followings:1. Realize the dynamic optimization of load dispatching between the generators with artificial intelligent method, and the optimality of the solution has been strictly verified by mathematic method.2. By combinatory counting process to enumerate data of work condition of each generators, thus makes sure the searching and solver in optimal condition.3. Set up the power equilibrium equation and flow equilibrium equation according to the slack variable. It is not necessary to adjust the optimization any more and guarantee the optimal precision of the solution.4. Digitalize the composite characteristic curve, such as the digital input and accurate extraction of data during the performing.The above mentioned is an expanding for optimal performing of hydropower station in theory. It has good engineering applicability. It is the core of popularizing the optimal dispatching and adjusting water resource. It has critical theoretical meaning and actual price to use the water resource reasonable.In addition, the article is involved with the computer science and application, such as:1. Develop the reasoning machine;by solving or operating the matching and conflict, successfully resolve the many dimensions, multiple target and nonlinearity, etc. in economic operation of hydropower station.2. Make up the "all-number simulated auto-generating control system" with software engineering. By problem description, demand analysis, and software test, the quality of software has been guaranteed.It is shown that the artificial-intelligent has been introduced into the application program development instead of merely scientific calculating. Meanwhile, the article is also involved with the research on the CMM (Capacity Maturity Model) that software development shall conform to.According to the two different optimal models "the flow is fixed, the output power will be at maximum;the output power is fixed, the flow will be at minimum", draws a conclusion like that: for a water head, as long as give the flow or output power, there is only one ultimate efficiency, that is the optimal configuration efficiency, but includes several compositions.
