Water resource is a kind of important renewable energy.Through hydropower can solve our country existing energy predicament,can achieve the protection of environmental governance.Small hydropower stations in our country at present,because of remoteness,money is less,the limitation of such factors as the lack of technical personnel,including a lot of trouble in the automatic upgrade.Based on Cha Anling hydropower station as an example,according to its characteristics,design a set of computer monitoring system that can meet the customers’ requirements.This text selects the voltage,temperature and water flow in hydropower station as monitoring objects,respectively,to design the monitoring link,and through the slots on the design of the analysis of monitoring data processing and storage.In voltage monitoring section,the core of the design of the hardware measurement device is PLC S7-200 series CPU224.A/D converter module uses ancillary EM235 module,and design the corresponding signal processing circuit.Including voltage transformation,rectifier and filter circuit.Software design is mainly collected signal processing and storage,providing the basis for relay protection,for the realization of the dispatch center for information collection and management plant basis.The collection of the research objects are temperatures in before-and-after tiles in generator and the trust tile which are from Li Cheng hydroelectric power station.When in a small dam,we construct the remote response system in Cha An ridge by adopting PLC-controlling technology.Using the core of PLC S7-200 CPU224,basing on PT-100 acquisition circuit,the amplification and filtering of signal preprocessing,then realizing the A/D conversion in EM235 and transmit to the stand of the PLC,and finally using a common protocol called Modbus to achieve master-slave PLC signal transmission,realizing collect and real time monitoring about temperature data.So as to achieve the aim of hydropower station’s monitoring and control.In water level and flow control part,by differential pressure type liquid level sensor acquisition reservoir levels,collecting water flow by ultrasonic flow sensors,and then through the transmitter,analog input/output modules,PLC,achieve the level and water flow information is displayed in the central control room displayed on the screen.Then,designed a Station Monitoring System by using Siemens configuration software WINCC,it is said that use OPC protocol to connect PC configuration software WINCC and the PLC S7-200,achieve the upper monitor which to face to the user’s by the data of transmission of PLC,define variables that we want to monitor by the PC Configuration Software WINCC on our PC machine,according to the needing,defined some variables,the aim is to accept read device status data from the lower computer above the upper computer to conduct real-time monitoring by the OPC protocol. |
