| Storage battery has been invented and used for nearly one hundred years. Storage battery— -an energy converter to store and supply power conveniently, is an essential part of social production activities and widely used with many characteristics and advantages such as good invertibility, stable voltage, long life, wide application, low cost, as well as abundant raw material & renewable raw material. Nowadays we are more concerned with environment protection and energy conservation, so battery will have a great development space and prospect.In order to meet charging demands by a variety of battery and achieve better effect of charging & discharging, researchers in many countries are devoting themselves to study on new-type intelligent charging technology and device due to great application demand in agriculture, industry, social life and national defense construction.In this thesis, an intelligent high-power measurement & control system for multi-group battery charging/discharging is designed through study of charging/discharging method, aiming at measurement & control for 8 pieces of 6V 30A battery charging/discharging, based on battery charging/discharging actual requirements and conditions as a model.This system, using modular design, can achieve distributed measurement & control for battery charging/discharging, with upper PC as master computer as well as 89C51 SCM as control component related to charging/discharging control and data-acquisition. Hardware control circuit of PID principle is used for constant current control in the process charging/discharging;high common-mode voltage difference amplifier INA148 is used for measurement of battery cell pole voltage;a novel linear photoelectric isolation circuit is used for current isolation measurement of charging/discharging;virtual instrument development platform LabView 7.1 is used for design of upper-PC program and interface. So this system is characterized by high accuracy, efficiency, compact size, large power, wide application, easy combination and friendly human-machine interface.With development of battery technology, higher requirement is faced with control system intelligent level for battery charging/discharging. The success of this subject research will play an active role, and produce significance and value on large-scale application of battery. |
