The system is aiming to the battery of locomotive. The battery is made up of 48 cells, which voltage is between 1.75-2.5V.As the PC is widely used, the real-time detection is applied in many departments.According to the requirement, the SCR module is used to construct the main circuit. In this thesis, the interface circuit is designed and many research works of the battery testing system has been done. The voltage and temperature detecting circuits are designed too. In the end of thesis ,the intellectual software and system maintaining method are given.The system realizes the control of battery discharge. The computer diagnose equipment gives drive pulse and detects the useful signals .The main circuit can be protected in some bad conditions, such as short circuit and over-current.The test module realizes the collection of the parameter of the battery and data management. The database can act as a source of locomotive diagnose.The thesis designs the battery charging and discharging system, test-bench , considerate plan and convenient data management.
