Twin towers (west tower) in the city of Guangzhou, which is a super high-rise building, well be a landscape architecture and symbol constructing of Guangzhou. The type of structure is innovative and unique, modeling novel, broad in scale, and the design and construction are rather difficult. Is greets in 2010 one of Asian Games most important constructions. The hole excavated for building foundation area amounts to 26,000 square meters, is at present domestic excavates one of earth quantity biggest deep hole excavated for building foundation projects.This project's main characteristic and technical difficulty: The time limit is tight, the organization coordinates is difficulty, to support and protect the project to the subway project protection, the guard stake construction.In order to guarantee the project the security and the time limit for the project request, the following studies are presented in this paper.1. The selection and design calculation of the retaining structure of the deep pit.2. Calculating water pressure and soil-water pressures separately.3. The contact area element capable to simulate the cracking and slipping is introduced in this paper and the interaction between pre-stressed anchor and enclosing piles with the soil body was simulated. A simplified method to simulate the operation process for pre-stressed anchor is suggested.4. For the supporting scheme of certain foundation pit by pre-stressed anchor and enclosing piles, the dynamic construction process of the pit is simulated with Tongji Shuang guang Design and Analysis software for geotechnical and underground engineering. The ground surface displacement, settlement of foundation base of the building nearby, displacement and loading of enclosing piles, axial force of pre-stressed anchor have been obtained. Based on the results obtained, the feasibility of the supporting scheme was analyzed.5. Carries on the project the construction specification and the organization manages the research, the guarantee project construction quality, the optimized project construction organization, the time limit for a project request concrete measure;6. Application of the dynamic construction and monitor technology.
