The technology research of diesel engine infrared-regeneration particulate filter controlhas been widely considered by experts all over the world. The filter's average particulatecleaning efficiency is above 95 percent. The filter can basically resolve the problem of dieselengine carbon fume emission. So it will definitely improve the city environment and acceleratethe development of the whole society and the economy. The control system of diesel engineparticulate filter is made up of particulate filter and the circuit control system. The circuitcontrol system should realize the real-time control and guarantee the project workautomatically and intelligently. This paper emphatically researches of circuit control system,adopting 80C196KB single chip microcontroller made by Intel Company to control, includingthe hardware design and the software development. The hardware design is consist of theworking principle of the control system and the circuit design. The software design is consist ofdesign ideology of software and programming principle. The hardware circuit deign mainlyconsiders the single chip microcontroller peripheral circuit design, forward channel circuitdesign and back channel circuit design. Based on the modular design ideology the softwaresystem is divided into several functional modules by step wise refinemen. It is consist of mainprogram module, subprogram module, temperature examination program module, step motordrive program module. The software is programmed by assembly language of MCS-96 singlechip processor and developed and simulated by wave E2000/L in-circuit emulator Afterrepeated test,the circuit control system shows satisfactory result and good and stableperformance.
