The technology research of the diesel engine off-gas control has been widely considered by experts all over the world. The project of the diesel engine infrared-regeneration particle drip catcher can basically resolve the problem of diesel engine carbon fume emission, the particle release purification ratio is greater than 95%, and the particle discharge of the domestic diesel engine installing this project can achieve or exceed the Europe III standard. So it will definitely improve the city environment and accelerate the development of the whole society and the economy.The system of diesel engine infrared-regeneration particle drip catcher is made up of two ceramic filters and the circuit control system. The circuit control system should realize the real-time control and guarantee the project work automatically and intelligently. This paper emphatically researches of circuit control system, adopting Z86E33 single chip microcontroller made by Zilog Company to control, including the hardware design and the software development. The paper elaborates the hardware s working principle and function and software s design ideology and programming principle. The hardware circuit consists of power module, external memory, single chip processor module Z86E33. The hardware deign mainly considers the single chip microcontroller peripheral circuit design, such as thermocouple amplification circuit, V-F switching circuit and optically coupled isolator circuit, etc. The software is programmed by assembly language of Zilog chip microcomputer and developed by Zilog development system. After repeated bench test, the circuit control system shows satisfactory result and good and stable performance.
