Study On Electro-hydraulic Mix-drive Cooling Control System Of Construction Engine

The project designed an electric and hydraulic mix-drive cooling system of new style which controlled by a singlechip. It can settle the over heat problem of engine and too much power consumption and hydraulic oil system which often happens in the construction machinery engineering construct process.The control system is composed by egine cooling system and hydraulic cooling system,which can control the two part at the same time.The cooling fan can be disposed at anywhere which conquer the abuse of tradional drive style and use low power.The electric and hydraulic mix-drive cooling system settle the over heat problem of engine and hydraulic oil system effectively.This dissertation describes in detail about the operation principle of cooling system, the hardware circuit design and software design of the single chip control system.Being different to the structure collation method of traditional cooling system, this system divided the whole system into two parts: cooling system for engine and cooling system for hydraulic oil system, and both of them are controlled by one singlechip. The cooling system for engine adopted hydraulic drive and control technology to control the speed of the fan: the chip adjust the control-current of the proportional value,which used in the engine cooling system,to control the speed of the fan .And the size of the control-current is according to the coolant temperature,coolant temperature change rate and target temperature. As for as the hydraulic cooling system we used a motor to drive and control the fan's work or stop according to the temperature of the hydraulic oil.This project research mainly includes: consummate the design plan, hardware circuit design, software design, the match between control system and electromagnetic proportion, the anti-interference of control system, and etc. The hardware circuit design of singlechip control system mainly includes odd parts of enlarging circuit, A/D change circuit, D/A change circuit etc. Adopt the module to design program in software design.
