Study On Control System For Cooling System Of Exhaust Gas Recirculation On Car Engine

During the development of economy the number of car in our china is soaring. There are several harmful gas in exhaust gas from internal combustion engine which was the main source of air pollution. And NOx is more harmful to our body. Therefore it has become an important study to control the exhaust in every country.The project based on the present level of technology to control exhaust of car, and the shortage application for cool EGR in our country, aimed to research a kind of cool EGR system which could adjust EGR temperature automatically according to different working conditions of internal combustion engine. So the intelligent cool EGR would be realized to decrease NOx from car, which can satisfy the roul of low emission in our country.The cool EGR technology is discussed in this thesis. It's a neat and efficiency measurement to decrease NOx from car, and is used by many car and internal combustion engine companies. The cool EGR technology has been one of the most important technology for satisfing standard Europeâ…¢and Europeâ…£. Because the temperature of EGR is different at various working conditions of the engine, it is necessary to control EGR temperature on different working condition of internal combustion engine to make a better result about good drive of engine and short harmful gas.The whole construction and cooler of the cooling system of EGR is chiefly designed on the base of theory analyses. The cooling liquid is water whose specific heat is big. Heat is taken out by cooling water which comes from cooling system of engine across gas-liquid cooler, then dissipated by cooling fan of engine. The cooler designed is a pipe-shell type cooler and the water pump driven by direct current servo motor is an away center type pump.
