| Environmental test chamber is a kind of test device used in verifying product' performances by artificially simulating one or many working environments of verified products. Temperature test is one of the most important test items, checks up product' performances such as swell— shrink characteristics and ageing degree by high or low temperature tests, temperature—changing tests. At the present time, the mostly study on temperature test chamber is concentrated on device configuration, control accuracy, refrigerating or heating mode selection, and there are few researches about heat transfer characteristics of test chamber , capacity selection of thermotechnical equiment. A mature way of caculating thermotechnical loads of test chamber is not yet developed formally. Hence, on the basis of theories and experiments, the dissertation does researches from some aspects as follows:1. Temperature—changing tests of test chamber are done, which are classified by choosing different temperature—changing ranges, having or not having test loads. Temperature data to these tests are analyzed to find some rules.2. Unsteady state' heat transfer models of exterior protected construction, test samples, other parts in test chamber are developed respectively, their analytical or numerical solutions are dealt with by heat transfer theories. Heat transfer characteristics of components in test chamber are also analyzed respectively, simple caculating ways of refrigerating or heating loads are brout forward simultaneously. .3. Unsteady state' energy conservation of test chamber taken as an integral system is analyzed, and different characteristics of energy consumption of components are compared. A capacity selection mode of refrigerating or heating device is summed up, theoritical load in temperature—changing process is compared with actual power of thermotechnical equipment to verify the validity of the capacity selection mode. |
