The flap and slats movement mechanism of Civil Aircraft play a crucial role in the taking off,climbing and landing process, while roller and slide rail is the typical transmission mechanism of theflaps and slats, the environmental conditions equipment withstand is much more harsh than thegeneral mechanical, the actual work environment this main factors is not considered in the traditionalreliability test of roller and slide rail. This paper, in which was increased the design of environmentalchamber and the research of application based on Flap roller wear tester, the purpose that the designof the environmental chamber environment is to simulation the temperature, humidity, and salt sprayenvironment which the roller will met in the actual work, and take friction and wear test aiming at theroller on this basis.This paper, the main research work was the design of hardware and software aiming attemperature, humidity and salt spray environment module of environmental chamber and theapplication research of environmental chamber.In chapter1, the destination and significance of the thesis was presented, the domestic andforeign developing status and trends was introduced, and the main research content was pointed out.In second chapter, the related domestic standard, military standard, technical specifications wereintroduced in detail, and the domestic and foreign standard related to the three environmental testingstandards in the environmental chamber were contrasted and analyzed in detail, then the main testparameters and the key considerations of salt spray test and damp heat test were received, and itwound be as the reference for the environmental chamber design in the following chapters.In chapter3, the technical indicators of the environmental chamber was studied, the environmentcabinet was designed and manufactured by contact manufacturers. Then the hardware of threeenvironment module were studied, including the selection and procurement of temperature andhumidity sensors, power pumps, heaters, humidifiers and other devices.In chapter4, the labview virtual instrument measurement and PID control system based onenvironmental chamber was introduced and study. In this measurement and control system, the devicedata acquisition of the temperature and humidity is the main purpose; multiple sets of temperature andhumidity sensor data fusion were researched in this module also.In chapter5, the environmental chamber was tested and its application was studied, tests showedthat the hardware and software system of environmental chamber system in line with the expectedeffect. Through the study of orthogonal tests and comparison tests, get the test procedures based onthe experimental chambers.In chapter6, the achievement of the dissertation was briefly summarized, including the problemsbe existed and solutions of the proposed possible, and the further research work which needs to bedone was expected.
