The paper put emphasis on the study the problem of optimal dispatch for corps Tarim irrigation area in the Akesu River valley of upper reaches of the Tarim river, has probed into the model for the irrigation area water resource management which based on water market.In connection with the contradictions of diversion of water resources and synthetical recovery of Tarim River, and alleviate the lack of water resource on lower reaches of Tarim river , besides impose restrictions on water from the upper reaches of the Tarim river, we should fully give play to the role of projects, realize the water resources of irrigation area is jointly used, solve the problem between supply and demand of water resource of the irrigation area under this condition. Study on optimal dispatch for Tarim irrigation area and fix rational regulation, analyse model based on water market which has important theoretical value and application value. The thesis has practical significance for synthetical recovery of Tarim River.Based on the above–mentioned purposes, in view of the irrigation characteristics, large–scale system decomposition–coordination technique and dynamic planning solution were applied to study the optimization distribution of water resources for the irrigation area system .In view of the situation that water resources supply and demand are indeterminacy, to improve accuracy of real- time operation, make use of short-term forecast, adaptive real-time operation model was studied. Compare the result to optimization distribution of water resources of district reservoirs , find they are mostly same . the model character is practical and easy to apply. The method supply theory and guidance for real-time operation of reservoirs.Taking development of the irrigation area into account, centralized management model and marketing model were studied based on discussing the problem in existing water resources dispatcher in the irrigation area. After the above–discussion, advance a new theory which is irrigation area water market. The multi-distribution of agricultural water rights was supplied in view of irrigation area characterize, and studies the construction and operation model of water rights and market to water resources in reservoirs. All of these supply theorization for the irrigation area running and management in water market environment.
