Now the science and technology rapid development, the countershaft department's precision request also is higher and higher. How to satisfied the high accuracy request which unceasingly grew, reasonablly, economy and the technology feasiblly found the solution the plan, this paper proposed a kind of bearing system which unified the gas bearing and the magnetic bearing, in this system, gas bearing took the main load bearing part, the magnetic bearing achievement assisted the part to revise the error of main bearing. This system is a system with feedback, installed three sensors on the main axle, took the picks the value as input, this value after the A/D transformation, transforms the digital signal to hardware CPU ,that is digital signal processor (DSP) center, used 2 kind of controls algorithms, one kind was error separates and compensates algorithm, another kind is the digital PID algorithm, finally obtained the magnetic bearing's control law, input the signal after the D/A transformation to the magnetic bearing, revises the main axle position the deviation. Through find the magnetic bearing mix system mathematical model's solution, obtains in the non- perturbation situation the main axle nature heart path, in the picture which obtains by the kind of simulation algorithm contrasts the non- perturbation the situation, may see, the precision obtains the enhancement...
