Our country owns abundant biomass resources which can reach 50 hundred million tons or so in theory. But they are left unused and abandoned without economical and efficient exploitation technique. On the other hand, there are 4-5 hundred million tons various kinds of agriculture straw of pole, as well as corn hull skin .At the same time, the mined petroleum resources which per person occupies are very needy, and there are in need of nearly one hundred million tons of petroleum every year in our country. It is anticipated that 2.5 hundred million tons petroleum will be needed in 2020. For this reason, the government and the concerned departments are extremely concerned about biomass resources. The research and application of biomass resources technique in use are listed as point technology items in four continuous national five-year plans, and the development and study of biomass resources technique in use have great economic meanings and social meanings.This paper is under the support of the 863 and the 948, the two important items. The domestic and overseas literature data about biomass pyrolysis fluidization technology have been collected and checked completely and systematically. And these data have been analyzed and studied delicately. With the combination of the design thoughts of the two current heat carriers heating device and with the summary of the existing shortcomings and under the leading of my tutor, the new-style heat carrier heating stove of the rotation-cone biomass pyrolysis fluidization device was designed independently. The heating stove can provide 2 tons heat carriers at 600 °C per hour. The heating stove primarily consists of a carrier entrance with heat entering, a preservation layer of heat, a snake-style heating pipeline, a burning room, a burning machine, an entrance of smoke, a machine of fetching wind ,a carrier entrance with heat leaving, and so on eight parts .This paper makes a detailed introduction to the design ideas and the whole design process of the heating stove. The heating stove's characteristic and advantages have been summarized by the contrast of the two current heat carriers. After the heating stove had been finished debugged, the heating experiment of heat carrier was made and the results of the experiment were analyzed. Then the existing problems and the shortcomings were summarized, so as to ensure the improvement direction of the heating stove of the heat carrier and provide scientifical basis and referrence for the analysis and design of the same kind of equipments.The heat carrier heating stove of the rotation-cone biomass pyrolysis fluidization device designed by this paper resolved some problems that the quantities of heat carrier is small, heating speed is slow and heating temperature is difficult to assure ,and so on ,which provide a powerful guarantee for the further study of the new technologies by which bio-oil is produced...
